These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the website (hereinafter "Site") and services (hereinafter "Services") provided by Kazuna Research Institute (hereinafter "Institute"). Please read these Terms carefully before use.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms define the rights and obligations between users and the Institute regarding the use of the Site and Services. By using the Site or Services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • "Services": Seminars, workshops, sounding board sessions, corporate training, consulting, and other services provided by the Institute
  • "Content": Text, images, videos, audio, programs, and other information published on the Site

Article 3 (Service Description)

  1. The Institute provides mental health support, self-understanding support, organizational support, and other services based on the Reset Method.
  2. The Services do not constitute medical treatment. Please consult a medical institution if medical care is needed.
  3. Details, fees, and delivery methods of the Services are specified on each service page or in individual contracts.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Actions related to criminal activities
  3. Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Institute, other users, or third parties
  4. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Site
  5. Unauthorized access or attempts at unauthorized access
  6. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
  7. Impersonating other users
  8. Commercial activities not authorized by the Institute
  9. Unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, modification, or distribution of Content
  10. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Institute

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Intellectual property rights related to the Site and Services belong to the Institute or legitimate rights holders.
  2. Users must obtain prior written consent from the Institute to use Content beyond the scope of private use.
  3. Quotations may be made within the scope permitted by copyright law, provided that the source is clearly indicated.

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

The handling of users' personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Service Changes and Suspension)

  1. The Institute may change, add, or discontinue the Services without prior notice to users.
  2. The Institute may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without prior notice to users in the following cases:
    • When performing system maintenance or updates
    • When service provision becomes difficult due to earthquakes, fires, power outages, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
    • When computers or communication lines are interrupted due to accidents
    • When the Institute otherwise deems suspension or interruption necessary
  3. The Institute shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to changes, suspension, or interruption of Services.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Institute shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users through the use of the Services.
  2. The Institute makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of Content.
  3. The Institute shall not be liable for any disputes arising between users or between users and third parties.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

  1. The Institute may change these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary.
  2. Changed Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Site.
  3. Use of the Services after changes shall be deemed as agreement to the changed Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
