7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Seminars & Workshops

• Up to 7 days before the event: Full refund
• Up to 3 days before the event: 50% refund
• 2 days or less before the event: No refund

* Full refund will be provided if cancelled by the organizer

Sounding Board Sessions

• Until the day before: Free rescheduling available
• Same-day cancellation: No refund (please consult us for unavoidable circumstances)

Corporate Services

Subject to individual contract terms. Please refer to your service agreement.
